He is survived by: his wife Brenda Locke; his sisters, Margaret Malmberg, Mary Painter and Theresa Cast; his daughter Lorie Slash; his grandson Mason Houdeshell; and his sisters-in-law, Marylin, Sandy, Erma Linda, Mary and Rhonda Locke.
