He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel James and Nancy Rhine (McDaniel); his grandson Brock Morgan; and his great grandchild Charlotte Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Shelly Rhine; his children, Mandy Morgan (Jerry), Rodney Rhine Jr. (Kim) and A. J. Rhine (Megen); his grandchildren, Wyatt Morgan (Cassidy), Saige Morgan (Dalton McNally), Summer Morgan, Luke Rhine, Cal Rhine, Jack Rhine and Baker Rhine; his great grandchildren, Sadie and Rhett Morgan; and his siblings, Tammy Thomas (Rick) and Scott Rhine (Robyn). He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
