We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2021, at the age of 71, Sandra Kay Phelps (Claremore, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Wesley Cooper; her husband James William Phelps, Jr.; and her sister Joan McClure. She is survived by: her children, Jim Cooper (Tiffany), Pam Heape, Teresa Cooper and Scott Phelps; her stepchildren, Tom Phelps, Theresa Jo Manderski, James Phelps and Joe Phelps; her grandchildren, Tamra Stowers, Ashley Cooper, Chloe Cooper, Alexis Cooper, Dawson Cooper, Meagan Heinrich, Travis Heape, Tyler Heape, Ryan Heape, Nicholas Heape, William Manderski, Caitlin Manderski and Cheyenne Phelps; and her siblings, Sherry Foutz, Russell Guilfoyle, Chris George, Pat Ludwick, Mike Guilfoyle, Phyllis Welch, Donna Horner, Jerri Guilfoyle and Stephen Guilfoyle.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Sandy's memory to the Rogers County United Way, P.O. Box 1165, Claremore, Oklahoma, 74018, or at http://www.uwrmc.org .
