He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Dowty and Shirley Dowty Payne (Neely); his parent-in-law Gerry; and his uncle David Dowty. He is survived by: his wife Sara Dowty; his children, Steven Dowty (Daisy), Jake Dowty (Amber), Kayla Ward (Zach), Jessica Dowty and Will Wood; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Lane, Lily, Hunter, Brooklynn Dowty, Paisley, Kennedy Ward and Jaycee Wood; his sister Chris Baldridge; his aunts and uncles, Eddie Dowty, Glenda Merkle, Ross Neely, Charlie Neely and Carol Freeman; and his friend Rusty Fleming. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
