He is survived by: his wife Kathy Warlick; his daughters, Shelli Cook and Ashley Warlick; his grandchildren, Jonas, Jacob and Jayce; and his siblings, Patricia (Joe Satterwhite), Larry Warlick, Donnie (Teresa Warlick), Ronnie and Shelly Warlick.
