She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bentley Creech and Donna Faye Phelps; her son David Bentley Creech; her sister Lisa Creech; and her granddaughter Hailei Grace Jenkins.

She is survived by: her husband Darby Taylor; her sons, Danny Lynn Jenkins of Cleora and Randall Dale Jenkins (Kara) of Waynesburg; and her grandchild Braylen Randall Jenkins of Waynesburg. She is also survived by other relatives, and a host of friends.
