He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Que and Opal Byers (Young); and his brothers, Kenneth Byers, James Byers and Fred Byers.

He is survived by : his son Randy Byers (Cheryl) of Cleveland, Oklahoma; his siblings, Jack Byers of Illinois and Betty Carpenter of Niceville, Florida; his grandchildren, Dr. Jacob Que Byers (Courtney) of Norman and Caitlin Byers (David Anthony Corona); and his great grandchild Scarlett Victoria Byers. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
