He was predeceased by: his parent Ora Leonard; his brothers, Ora Leonard Leake, Jr. and William Edward Leake; and his nephew Gary Wayne Leake. He is survived by: his wife Pat Bartlett; and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Sizemore (Jerry), Larry Leake (Diana), Brenda Koss (Jim), Dean Leake (Holly), David Leake, Francie, Tony Morehead, Bill and Pam Bartlett.
