She is survived by : her parents, Stephen Dale and Claudia Angelika Dilday (Wahl) of Cleveland, Oklahoma; her husband Jereme Daniel Proctor; her sons, Kaden, Hunter and Graeson Proctor; her brother Stephen Dilday of Ohio; her parents-in-law, Dan and Cindy Proctor of Cleveland, Oklahoma; her grandparents, Pat, Vernon Proctor of Grove, Mike and Sharon Monforte of Terlton, Oklahoma; and her siblings-in-law, Shawn Proctor of Cleveland, Oklahoma and Shariece Proctor of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

The family has requested memorial donations be made in honor of Jeanine to the American Heritage Bank or the First Christian Church in Cleveland.
