He was predeceased by: his parents, Cesario, Sr. Garcia and Santos Garcia (Llamas); his wife Johnnie Garcia; his siblings, Manuel Garcia, Abelardo Garcia, Richard Garcia, Mary Louise Garcia, Cesario "PeeWee" Garcia, Jr. and Lucy Caballero; and his granddaughter Amanda Jo Cody.
He is survived by: his children, Brent Wise (Donna) and Brenda Wall (Larry) of Cleveland, Oklahoma; his sister Felicia Garcia of San Antonio, Texas; his grandchildren, Amber Hewitt (Chad Horine), Sasha Stamper (Josh) and Jesse Wise; his great grandchildren, Ashland, Dayton, Daryn and Henley; and his great great grandchild Abilene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
