She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Forrest and Lucille Forrest (Henson); her daughter Dana Renee McKinney; her granddaughter Brittany Renee Butcher; and her siblings, Ray Miller, Terri Barbour, JoAnn Small and Shirley Clements.
She is survived by: her husband Albert Gene Butcher; and her sons, Albert Gene Butcher, Jr., Donald Steven Surrell and Michael Paul Surrell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
