He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lowe and Eula Lowe (Jones); and his sister Gladys Sandifer. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Marnida Armbruster (Charlie) of Cleveland, Oklahoma and Steven McCoy (Regina Baker) of Cleveland, Oklahoma; his sisters, Donna Berg of Honolulu and Lois Lane Lowe-Bradford of Citrus Heights; and his grandchildren, Brandy Steiner, Jessie McCoy and Kenneth McCoy. He is also survived by six great grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
