He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia; and his siblings, Charles, Delbert, David, Judy, Jana and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Whaley (Sunny) and Shannon Whaley Beebe (Chester); and his grandsons, Logan and Lucas.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home (108 W Delaware St, Cleveland, OK 74020). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
