He is survived by: his parents, Gator Carl and Carolyn Faye Box (Monholland) of Luther, Oklahoma; his wife Cindy; his children, Joshua Greer of Ponca City and Jessica Bozworth (David Hernandez); his siblings, Carl Box (Paula) of Cadiz, LeRae Box of Sperry and Ollie Rains of Martinsburg; and his grandchildren, Waylon, Kartar, Ethan and Riley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
