He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, S. Lee Cook and Neva Cook; his wife Kathy McMains; his children, Nathan L. Cook (Heather) of Edmond, OK and Rachel A. Cook of Edmond, OK; and his siblings, Jana S. Ferguson (David) of Fayetteville, AR, Ellen L. Ellis (Richard) of Memphis, TN and Warren D. Cook of Branson, MO. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and cousins.
