He is survived by: his wife Ida Padillow Foster of Cleveland, OK; his son Robert James Foster III; his stepchildren, Alexander Mathis, Tikeya McCall, Orvell Padillow, LaRon D. Clark and DeShell S. Padillow; and his siblings, Richard J. Foster, Melvin Easiley, William Carter, Barbara Robinson and Margaret Sue Easiley. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
