She was predeceased by : her parents, Milford G. Chandler and Thelma C. Chandler (Dixon); and her husband Frank. She is survived by : her children, David Blake (Linda) of Cleveland, Debbie Baldwin of Kingfisher and Donna Rainbolt of Oklahoma City, Okla.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
