He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Amanda Self (Dale) of Oklahoma City, Tammy Swickey of Guthrie, Tobin Harbeston of Stillwater, Dawn Miller of Indianapolis, Josh Harbeston (Lisa) of Mooresville and Shane Hebert (Debra) of Baldwin, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Katie, Kristina, Josh, Zachary, Jeremy, Austin, Matthew, Joe, Sarah, Amanda, Blake, Owen, Alexis and Oday; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Matthew, Wyatt, Scarlett, Ayla, Quinn, Luke and Caffery. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
