It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Neal of Cleveland, Oklahoma, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Neal and Opal Neal; his wife Donna Neal; and his brother Herschel Edward Neal. He is survived by : his sisters, Thelma Mae Neal of Tecumseh, Rachel Florine Murdock of Tecumseh and Barbara Ann Lenard of Owasso; and his pet Mandy.

Wayne had several charities he provided to the family has requested donations be made to your favorite charity in Wayne's honor.
