He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Fletcher Sr. and Angeline Reynolds Fletcher; his son Marquis Dann; his great grandchild Aiden Malloy Fletcher; and his siblings, Samuel Fletcher Jr., Randy Fletcher and Patricia Fletcher Slinkey.
He is survived by: his wife Sandi Fletcher; his children, Charles J. Fletcher of El Reno, Oklahoma, Cee-Jay Fletcher of Durant, Angie Fletcher of Clinton and Dr. Kateri Fletcher-Sahmaunt (Jacob Sahmaunt) of Blanchard, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Channah Fletcher, Jaren Ingram, Ashlynn Fletcher, Mackenzie Pete, Leila Pete, Nauko Fletcher-Whiteman, Courage Fletcher-Whiteman, Kayleigh Fletcher, Marcus Sahmaunt and Micah Sahmaunt; and his sister Virginia Chavez of Acoma.
A wake will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Cheyenne and Arapaho Emergency Response Center (2015 Dog Patch Rd, Clinton, OK 73601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Clinton Cemetery (900 W Commerce Rd, Clinton, OK 73601).
