It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ray Brinkley (Clinton, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 19, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Blain Brinkley and Ruth Brinkley; his brother Leslie Brinkley; and his great grandchild Rainie Lee Randol. He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Brinkley of Edmond, Oklahoma; his daughter Lora Brinkley-Shelton of Clinton; his grandchildren, Megan Carman and Mason Randol; his daughters, Cora Brinkley-Gutel of Norman, Oklahoma and Shandee Campbell-Mikesh (Carl); his grandchildren, Josiah, Abigail and Bethany of Berthoud, Colorado; his daughter Sharra Campbell-Williams (David); his grandchildren, Gage, Ashlyn and Emery of Norman, Oklahoma; his daughter Shala Campbell of Yukon, Oklahoma; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Kathy Brinkley of Clinton, Oklahoma; his sisters, Enola (Clyde Crayton) of Clinton and Barbara Sue Brinkley-Kreizenbeck (Chris) of Clinton; and his sister-in-law Barbara Driscol Brinkley of Clinton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
