She is survived by: her husband Charles Jack of Oklahoma City; her children, Jeffrey Jack (Rebecca) of Yukon and Kimberly Hyman of Hammon; her grandchildren, Jeremy Jack, Kenli Miller (Chris), Jacota Hyman and Kyle Quinn (Yanting); her great grandchildren, Bela Jack, Langston Miller, Kaizlee Miller, Karson Quinn and Karter Quinn; and her sister-in-law Earlene Tilley.
