He is survived by: his son Damon Green (Belen) of Edmond; the mother of his children Kay Green-Stout of Edmond; his children-in-law, Amy Green of Schulter and Phil Van Ostrand of Oklahoma City; his close friend Kay Morrison of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Angel Marin, Caitlin Green, Michael Green, Nicole Green and Brandon Green.
