He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Smith (Melinda) of Talihina, OK, Jason Vaughan (Heidi) of Minco, OK and David Vaughan (Liz) of Cordell, OK; his siblings, David Clay, Wendall Clay (Perk) of Clemmons, NC, Russell Clay (Ginger) of Centerpoint, OK, Leslie Clay of Oklahoma City, OK and Sharon Clay Robertson of Antlers, OK; his sister-in-law Stacy Clay; his stepsiblings, Gary, Raylene Burleson, Terry, Andy Burleson, Allen, Sherry Burleson, Diane and Eddie Ison; his grandchildren, Rylee, Tayler, Maggie, Ariona, Chloe, Brittany, Hunter, Blake and Kyra; his great grandchildren, Axel, Kash, Henley, Kopelyn and Roselyn; and also Darrell Clay of Oklahoma City.
