He is survived by: his daughter Blazen Johnson (Dickie) of Rush Springs, Oklahoma; his close friend Susanna Lunsford; his siblings, Kerri Taylor of Black, Missouri, Lisa Roe of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, Mike Todd of Dill City, Oklahoma and Erik Todd of Sasakwa, Oklahoma.; Mark and Shanna.
