In the sacred silence of farewell, Vickie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Vickie's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Smalling and Haleta Mae Smalling (Boatman); her son Jeffry Michael; and her former husband Michael Smith. She is survived by: her husband Joe Cloninger; her daughters, Mandi Milligan (Tyler) of Marlow, Oklahoma and Kayli Affolder (Brian) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her siblings, Mickie Hart (Mike) of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Debbie Sabedra (Mike) of Duncan, Oklahoma and Don Smalling of Norman, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Caden Milligan, Chelsie Milligan, Clayton Smith and Tex Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
