She was predeceased by : her parents, Elvin Cullum Jr. and Geraldine Marie Preston (Vanzant); her stepfather Larry Preston; and her great-grandparents, Raymond and Katherine Vanzant.
She is survived by : her stepbrothers, Gary Don Cullum of Sallisaw, OK, Gregory Cullum of Ft. Gibson, OK and Bradley Cullum of San Antonio, TX; her cousin Ritha Citron Littell of Ada, OK; and her friends, Robbin Lewis of Tupelo, OK and Barbara Carlisle.
