Carol Lopez Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Lopez of Colbert, Oklahoma, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on August 27, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Witte and Wilma Owen Witte; her husband John Gregory Lopez Sr.; and her aunt Kathy (Paco). She is survived by: her brother Freddy Witte; her children, Michelle Lopez, Christina Lopez, John Gregory Lopez Jr., Jason Lopez and Jerad Lopez; her grandchildren, Christopher Sorrell, Nicholas Sorrell, Isabella Hollowell, Jason Lopez, Kynlee Lopez, Karsen Lopez, Addyson Lopez and John Gregory Lopez III; and her great grandchildren, Parker Garcia and Brayden Garcia.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Memory Cemetery Pavilion.
