It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cook Jd of Colbert, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 2, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Marie (Jones) and John William Cook; his stepson Jeffrey Stanglin; and his aunt Laura Elizabeth Cook. He is survived by: his wife Paula Cook of Colbert, Oklahoma; his children, Julie Elaine Ordonez of Sherman, Alyson Marie Cook of Bartlesville, Kassi Cook (Anthony) of Denison, Karly Cook of Sherman, Texas and Jon Dillon Cook of Sherman, Texas; his siblings, Barbara Ann Townsend (Bert) of Tom Bean, Glenda Mata of Van Alstyne, Texas, James Cook of Van Alstyne, Billy Cook of Van Alstyne and Wes Cook of Van Alstyne, Texas; and his grandchildren, Tyson Stanglin, Jay Ordonez, Vivian Ordonez, Aiden Cook, Victor Fulgencio, Nathan Fulgencio, Gunter Cook, Kadence Cook, Keatonn Cook and Taytum Cook.

A memorial service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Coleman Avenue Church of Christ (212 W Coleman Ave, Colbert, OK 74733).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Coleman Avenue Church of Christ.
