He is survived by: his wife Kathy Johnston of Colbert, OK; his sons, Phillip Johnston II (Joy) of Dayton, TX, Mark Johnston (Angel) of Colbert, OK and Tony Johnston (Sarah) of Sherman, TX.; his grandchildren, Shelby (Brendan), Katrena Johnston (Megan Wosley) of Dayton, TX, Sammie, Austin and Natalie; his great grandchild Sammy; and his siblings, Rita Johnston Taylor of Groves, TX and Troy Johnston (Dee Dee) of Waller, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
