He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Mayhew; his siblings, Deborah, Shelby, Carolyn and Rick Mayhew; his nephews, Kevin Mayhew and Dale Dry Jr.; his niece Elaina Pack; and his close friend Eric Rivas.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Mayhew of Colcord, Felicia Mayhew of Colcord and Brooke Mayhew of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.; his grandson Charlie Mayhew of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and his brother Cecil Mayhew of Westville, Oklahoma.
