She is survived by: her mother Sharon Ann Guthrie (Mullin) of Colcord, Oklahoma; her husband Tim Pugh of Colcord, Oklahoma; her daughters, Makayla Pugh of Colcord and Shay Sage (Austin) of Colcord, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jaxon Sage of Colcord, Jansen Sage of Colcord, Oklahoma and Maya Sage of Colcord, Oklahoma; her sister Kim Williams of Watts, Oklahoma; her sibling's children, Madison Williams, Skyler McGrew of Las Vegas and Josiah Williams of Watts, Oklahoma; and her father Dale Guthrie of Colcord, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Countryside Bible Church (19441 E 530 Rd, Colcord, OK 74338). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
