She is survived by: her mother Opal Louise Gatewood Dewey of Colcord, Oklahoma; her children, Lilly Clark of Casper, Ember Rose Puckette of Poteau, Oklahoma and River Lee Puckette of Poteau, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Micheal Dewey Jr. of Spavinaw, Matt Dewey (Andrea) of Siloam Springs, Caleb Payne and Michelle Walker (Jason) of Gentry, Arkansas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
