He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul John Fields and Mary Ellen Blanton Fields; and his siblings, Paula Broughton and Mark. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fields of Colcord, Oklahoma; his children, Amy Rivard of Pineville, Stacy Salmon (Kevin) of Greenwood, Arkansas, Obie Fields (Tiffany) of Jane Missouri and Brad Crabtree (Crystal) of Bentonville, Arkansas; and his siblings, Connie Brewer (Donald) of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Jeff Fields (Michelle) of Grove, Mike Fields of Grove and Steve Fields of Garfield, Arkansas.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
