He is survived by: his wife Maria Theresa Ethridge of Colcord, Oklahoma; his children, Lucas Maurice Ethridge (Courtney) of Ponca City, Veronica Suarez of Colcord, Francisco Escojido of Colcord and Daniel Escojido (Sierra) of Memphis, Tennessee; his sister Elizabeth Kaye Kinnamon of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Phoebe Rose Ethridge, Oliver Jack Ethridge, Leirayella Lowrie and Noah Riley Anderson; his niece Jannette Lynn Beltran of Bourne, Texas; and his nephew Justin Lee Kinnamon of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
