She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Allen and Elizabeth Francis Couch (Cooksey); her son Samuel Himes; and her siblings, Lawrence Couch, Virginia Teel, Mary McAfee, Vennita Jones and Linda Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Michael David Himes Sr.; her children, Stacey Himes of Melissa, TX, Michael Himes Jr. (Akiko) of Melissa, TX, Della Spradlin (Robert) of Atoka, OK and Alyssa Gossett (Clay) of Caney, OK; her grandchildren, Jenna Miller (Jason) of Atoka, OK, Samuel Richard, Maddie Jeffries of Ardmore, OK, Jodi Richard of Melissa, TX, Cassidy Wilson (Jimmy) of Mead, OK, Jacob Spradlin (Ryan) of Stillwater, OK, Madison Thompson (Jacob) of Mead, OK, Parker Spradlin of Atoka, OK, Kirsten Gossett, Robert Henderson of Lane, OK, Phillip Gossett of Caney, OK, Hagyn Gossett of Caney, OK, Tucker Gossett of Caney, OK, Ethen Gossett of Caney, OK, Newt Gossett of Caney, OK, Aaron Himes of Melissa, TX and Liam Himes of Melissa, TX; and her siblings, Geary Couch (Becky) of Taylor, TX and Cheryl Campbell-Wyatt (Richard) of Oklahoma City, OK.
