She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Rhodes and Mandy Rhodes; her sisters, Mildred Vincent, Betty Butler, Juanita Burt, Helen Myers, Thelma Bell, Dixie Rhodes and Linda Marie; her nieces and nephews, Tommy Coleman, Kevin Garner, Jimmy Vincent, Cindy Burt-McFarland, Stephanie Mayfield Brown and Cindy Mayfield Brown; and her son-in-law Keith Armstrong.
She is survived by: her daughter Candy; her friends, Dave and Bea; her husband Doug Mayfield; her children, Candace Lorraine Stowers (James), Scott Mayfield (Marci) and Kimberly Dawn Mayfield-Stevens (Phil); her grandchildren, Amanda, Monica, Joshua, Brittany, Justin, Autumn, Kyle and Kara; her great grandchildren, Kilee, Jaxson, Beckett, Ollie, Ember, Emelia, Aven, Ande, Grayson, Fisher, Laney, Macee, Hollie and Bryson; her siblings, John Rhodes and Mary Garner; Choya and Tammy. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Collinsville Freewill Baptist Church (15320 US-169, Collinsville, OK 74021).
