He is survived by: his mother Vicki Anne Buford Hayes (Buford) of Collinsville, OK; his brother Brady Hayes of Collinsville, OK.; and his aunts and uncles, Georgia F. Hayes (Buford) of Tulsa, OK., Sylvia Chapman (Space) of Oologah, OK, Joyce Caudil (Buford) of Grove, OK., Larry Hayes of Jennings, OK, Lyndsey (Mary Hayes) of Sand Springs, OK and Lonnie Hayes.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home (1302 W Main St, Collinsville, OK 74021). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cowboy Country Fellowship (4012 US-169, Talala, OK 74080).
