He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Caudill (Myles), Eileen O'Brien, Daniel O'Brien Jr., Jennifer Krier (Tom) and Shannon Gormas; his grandchildren, Courtney Ray (Stephen), Jacob, Jordan Contatser, Harrison and Bailey Caudill; and his great grandchildren, Gemma Ray and Benjamin Ray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
