He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Haskell Embry and Virginia Irene Embry (Sullivan); his brother Richard Embry; and his son Matthew Embry. He is survived by: his child Monya Embry; and his stepdaughters, Tiffany Hutchinson and Jennifer Embry. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
