A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Add'Vantage Funeral Service Chapel (9761 E 31st St, Tulsa, OK 74146). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Mt. Hermon Cemetery.
