She is survived by: her children, Rene Punch (Gavin), Jennnifer Hamilton (David) and Mack Pennington (Kristin); her grandchildren, Jerrica Grazier (Josh), Joseph Renault, Olivia Hamilton, Mason, Braden and Tyler Pennington; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel Vincent Grazier and Nolan Rhett Renault.

The family requests memorial contributions be made in Doris's memory to MHAOK and Childhood Cancer Organization Gold4Kids, 13258 S. 114th E. Ave., Broken Arrow, OK. 74011.
