It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Gene Lewis of Collinsville, Oklahoma, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Calvin Lewis and Della Lewis (Underhill); and his siblings, John, Margie, Juanita, Francis and Virginia.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Lewis; his child Jerry Lewis (Shelly Laura Hendel); his grandchildren, Gehrig Hendel, Cole Lewis, Claire Lewis and Avery Hendel; and his brothers, Everett Lewis, Jim Lewis, Bill Lewis, Dean Lewis, Donald Lewis and Numerous.
