He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dixon and Helen Dixon (Farar); his son Mark Lewis; his wife Margaret Jane Webb; and his siblings, Marilynn, Linda, Eugene and Patricia.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Michael (Christie), Kimberly Sue and Kim Sallee (Stan); and his grandchildren, Brian, Matthew, Tylar, Adriane, Amanda, Christian, Joseph, Erica, Stanley and Sophia. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
