He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Leon Cisco and Jesse Mae Cisco (Clifton); and his brother Louis Cisco. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Cisco (Miller); his children, John Cisco, Jessica Davidovich (Matthew) and Michael Cisco (Kimberly); and his brothers, Ray Cisco (Karen) and David Westcott. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren plus many brother and sister in laws, nephews, nieces, cousins.
