She is survived by: her mother Alice Kooken (Spiers) of Claremore, OK; her brother Ray; her children, Erin Leigh Yeager (Dunn) of Collinsville, OK, Caleb Christian Dunn (Abigail) of Corpus Christi, TX and Chase Wesley Qualls (Tatum) of Tulsa, OK; her siblings, Karen On and Douglas Scott Kooken (Mechele) of Oologah, OK; and her grandchildren, Kaydence, Tanner, Kash, Kingston, Theodore, Naomi and Abel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
