He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Karr McCullough and Marguerite Viola McCullough; and his siblings, Leonard, John, Alvin, Earl, Laveta, Mary and Leona.
He is survived by: his son Leonard McCullough; his wife Barbara; his daughter-in-law Jennie; his sister Lu Ann; his sister-in-law Connie; and his grandchildren, Ian, Caleb and Elle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
