He is survived by: his father Michael Lewis, Jr.; his grandparents, Sandi McBroom and LeiLanni Lewis; his son Atlas Greyson; his siblings, Carli Aebi, Austin Nichols, Lillian Newton and Ashley Newton; his aunts and uncles, Becci, Kelley, Shawn and Brian; Kim Lewis of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
