He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman M. Curtis Sr. and Maxine Goforth Curtis; and his sisters, Ann Curtis Killian and Cleda Curtis White Crowder. He is survived by: his wife Arline Louise Long Curtis; his children, Karen Price (Chris), Joanne Curtis, John Rivera (Twyla), Ron Rivera (Lyn) and Billy Curtis; his siblings, Arthur Curtis Sr. of Rogers, Arkansas and Jeri Curtis Shire of Paron, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Mariah, Chase (Nancy), Colton, Christopher, Jennifer and Sam; and his great grandchildren, Mateo and Oliver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
