He is survived by: his mother Clarice Johnson (Cheadle) of Fort Cobb, OK.; his children, Jerry Johnson, Jr. (Nina Grass Johnson) of Tulsa, OK. and Amelia Jean Johnson of Abilene, TX.; his grandchildren, Nathan Johnson, Catheline Johnson, Nicolas Johnson, Quinton Johnson, Sebrenna Williams, Torrance Johnson, Kameran Johnson and Tryan Grass; and his siblings, Carl Johnson of Fort Cobb, OK, Jimmy Dale Johnson of Anadarko, OK, Loretta Allen of Fort Cobb, OK, Kenneth Johnson of Anadarko, OK, Rachel James of Fort Cobb, OK and Robert Johnson. He is also survived by Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, nephews, Cousins.
